Starting from Beshisahar of Marsyangdi river valley, Annapurna circuit trek crosses the highest point of Thorong La pass, from where you see the breathtaking view of Himalayas, and ends at the gorge of Kali Gandaki—the deepest one in the planet. Hiking along with waterfalls, paddy fields, great cliffs and villages with cheerful people, you cross the two river valleys around the Annapurna area. Usually, it is a journey of a fortnight, but the time often depends upon the walking pace of the trekkers and time spent at each momentous landscape.

You might want to observe the culture of villages in Manag and Mustang, their typical everyday lives, and social connection and interdependence. Apple pies wait for you at their teahouses. During the whole trek, you will enjoy the glimpses of Mt. Annapurna I, Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Macchapuchhre, and Tilicho peak. When you cross the Thorong La pass, you will enter into the sacred place of Hindus and Buddhist—Muktinath. When you reach Muktinath, do not forget to go to Marpha—the beautiful village renowned for Apples.

The most ideal month for this trek is October through to November; also February through to April is considered fine. Since the passes get closed from snow, trekking during December through to February is not considered good. Similarly, you might not want to go during the season of high risk of landslide, rains, and leeches, i.e. June through to September. Beside the season of trekking, altitude can be a problem to you; thus, you might want to visit a doctor to talk about your health concern for the trek. Often, the slow hike is essential part to adapt in altitude sickness, which results in time taking journey.

Himalayan Wild Treks offers you the best Annapurna circuit trek package in Nepal. Our experienced and trusted professionals and guides will take you into the wilderness of mighty mountains and dense forest blooming with rhododendron.
