Chitawan Jungle Safari

Chitawan situated in low land of inner Terai, approximately 175 km away from Kathmandu, unveils tranquil wilderness ripe with huge wildlife that includes birds, reptiles, mammals and animals of different kinds. Asian one horned rhinoceros, Royal Bengal Tigers and other animals and birds that can be seen in Chitawan National Park will take your breath away.  Crocodiles, pythons, rhesus monkey, grey langur and leopards are some of the frequently spotted animals within the National Park area.

In addition to a mindblowing sunset view from a riverside, you will also enjoy peculiar Tharu cultural dance. Jungle safari, caoe ride, jeep driving, bathing and swimming with elephants are true phenomenal recreational activiites that can be enjoyed here. Chitawan National Park is enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979, which covers 932 km2  of the land. There are many luxury  resorts and hotels to accommodate. Chitawan National Park has a record of 450 species of birds so far. The entire safari of 45 km can be completed in 4 hour jeep drive.
