As for accommodation, we will be staying at four star hotels and while on the trekking the trekkers will be enjoying the stay at Yeti Mountain Home, which is a deluxe lodge and rest of the other nights, trekkers will be staying at selected and best lodges on the trail. Luxury lodges differ from the local normal lodges as the local lodges have shared washing and toilet arrangements. All the accommodations well-arranged for Everest Base Camp Luxury Lodge Trekking are on a twin-shared basis. With that, a single room can also be arranged preferably provided that trekkers agree to pay additional charge. Single rooms are feasible in Kathmandu and in luxury lodges while on the trail.
Physical Condition & Experience Requirements
This trek being a moderate of sort requires a good health of a person with ability to walk on the trail for at least five to seven hours carrying a light backpack. Walking at higher elevations require more physical stamina than at lower elevations but since this is an average route anyone with good health, willingness to walk and passion for travel can enjoy it. For the warm up, physical orientation needed for this elevation can be gained through various exercises that can be done prior to the commencement of the journey. In addition to the sound condition of heart, lung and entire setting of a body, past hiking experiences will be a plus point. Besides, it is advisable that those with any past health problems have to make sure that are medically able to walk on the trail. Typical Nepalese food is the specialty we will relish on our journey in addition to the international cuisine that is Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian and so on. Breakfast and dinner will be provided according to menu that is in the lodge or a guest house. As for the lunch, it will be provided on the way to the next destination. All meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner, will be provided during trekking while only breakfast will be available in Kathmandu and Pokhara. There will also be welcome and farewell dinners.

Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu
Welcome to Nepal—the country of Everest. Our representative shall receive you from the airport and take you to your hotel. After you rest and freshen up, you might wish to do some shopping. A short debrief session will be in the late after-noon, and you will be enjoying Welcome dinner with us in the evening.

Day 2: Fly to Lukla/Phakding
Next day, we shall fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding. The trek begins as we start descending to Dudh Koshi River all the way to Phakding, which will take us about 3 hours. We shall spend the night at a teahouse in Phakding.
Altitude: Lukla: 2,828 m; Phakding: 2,610 m
Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar
Trekking along with Dudh Koshi River, through pine and rhododendron forest, we pass Kanguru and Thamserku. Then a steeply uphill awaits us; ascending this hill can really be difficult. After we cross the junction of Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi River, we arrive at Namche Bazar.

Day 4: At Namche Bazar
We shall spend this whole day at Namche Bazar exploring nearby valleys, Sherpa Museum, and Sagarmatha National Park. You might get glimpse of mountains, and enjoy Sherpa culture. This day is important as we let our body acclimatize with the altitude and prepare for an adventure into the wilderness.

Day 5: To Tengboche
Next morning, we shall descend through Khumjung, trek to Trashinga, and cross Dudh Koshi River. Ascending steeply hill through pine, black juniper, fir and rhododendron forest we arrive at Tengboche Monastery. Today's journey will be approximately a 5 hours trek. We shall spend the night at Tengboche.
Altitude: Tengboche: 3,860 m
Day 6: To Dingboche
We will descend through rhododendron, birch, fir, and juniper forest at Debouche, speeding our pace. We might see Ama Dablam from Pangboche. To arrive at Pangboche we need to cross Imja Khola. Again, ascending hills and crossing Imja Khola, we arrive at Dingboche. We shall stay overnight at Dingboche.
Altitude: Dingboche: 4,410 m
Day 7: At Dingboche
We will spend this day to acclimatize our body with the altitude at Dingboche. You might wish to explore Chhukung valley and return by afternoon. From this valley, the view of Ama Dablam and Lhotse-Nuptse is quite phenomenal. We shall stay the second night at Dingboche.
Altitude: Dingboche: 4,410 m
Day 8: To Lubuche
Next morning, we will ascend the drain of Khumbu, which eventually leads to Khumbu Glacier. You might trek along frozen rivers and climb moraine. After the moraine is covered, the trial widens and lead to Lubuche. We will spend overnight in a teahouse at Lubuche.
Altitude: Lubuche: 4,930 m
Day 9: To Gorakchhep/Everest Base Camp (EBC)
Today we shall ascend Khumbu Glacier and arrive at Everest Base Camp. After reaching Changri Nup Glacier our trail moves along ups and downs over faltering route. This is the most demanding and complex journey in the entire trek. Thus, slow and steady hiking is essential. It also offers the best views of mountains. After reaching at EBC we shall return to Gorakchhep to spend the night.
Altitude: Gorakchhep: 5,140 m
Day 10: To Kala Patthar/Pheriche
Before the sunrise, we shall ascend Kala Patthar. The sunrise from here is particularly the best experience you will ever have. This place also offers you the views of Mt. Everest, Thamserku, Mt. Pumori, Nuptse, Lingtren, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, etc. After we descend and advance our trek back to Pheriche and stay overnight.

Day 11: Return trek: To Namche Bazar
After breakfast in the next morning, we shall head off to Namche Bazar through Pangboche and Tengboche. While descending the trek offers the spectacular views of mountains and sceneries. In no-time, we descend from glacier area to hillsides. We shall spend our night at Namche Bazar.

Day 12: Return trek: To Lukla
Next morning, we descend through rocky and steep hills, dense rhododendron and pine forests and Dudh Koshi River. The views of mountains will continue to accompany us during this 6 hours trek. We will spend our last night under the roof of mountains at Lukla.

Day 13: Return flight to Kathmandu
After our breakfast in the morning, we shall catch our flight back to Kathmandu. After arriving at the capital city, you will be taken to your hotel where you shall rest and freshen up. You might also want to do some shopping and visit some nearby places, if time permits.

Day 14: Departure
We shall drop you at the airport ahead of your departure flight. We shall bade our goodbyes. Have a safe journey back to your country.
