#Everest Base Camp- Kala Patthar Trekking Difficulties:
Most part of the journey is in the mountain, however, this trekking does not require climbing expertise and super fitness. Trekkers with average fitness and commitment are capable of doing this trekking with ease. With that said, acute mountain sickness (AMS) is something not to be underestimated. The steep rugged terrain can be mildly challenging at times but any novice trekker with basic hiking experience can do this trekking.

#Everest Base Camp- Kala Patthar Trekking Weather and season:
Spring obviously gives the calmest weather and tourist flock to Everest during this season. Summer would not be suggestible for it is often wet , cloudy and slippery whereas Autumn offers crystal clear sky with extraordinarily good weather  and for that reason it is the most popular time. During the winter, on the other hand offers clear weather, however,  the temperature drops to -20 and -30 but trekkers still enjoy exploring this trail in this season.

Then we will get near to the Everest, at slopes of which icefall and Khumbu Glacier awaits. If we are lucky, especially if we are trekking in Spring season, we might meet the Everest climbers. Here, the mind-blowing view of nature will captivate you for eternal, in reminiscence of which, you will forever wonder about which part of you changed right there and then. You will experience your deep exhaustion dissolving into nature, as a sense of wonder and amazement pour into your heart. From EBC, as the sun becomes less active, we return to Gorekshep to regain lost energies and rest our bodies.
Altitide: Gorekshep: 5,180 m; EBC: 5,364 m

Day 10 : Trek to Kalapathar/Pheriche
Before the horizon radiates, we slip into our walk off to Kalapathar. Here, we shall witness, perhaps, the most memorable view of our lifetime; the rays of sun washes the bodies of Lhotse, Nuptse, Changtse, and the Everest. As Everest plays with infant rays of sun, you might want to reach out and capture this moment for-ever. Snapping few pictures here might be worthy. Then again returning to Gorekshep, after having breakfast, we head off to Pheriche. At Pheriche we will spend our night and descend downwards.
Altitude: Kalapathar: 5,545 m; Pheriche: 4,320 m
