Mount ABI Peak Climbing, formerly called Cholo or Kangchung Peak is one of the most techincal peaks in the Himalayas, located in the Mahalangur Himalayan Range in Solukhumbu. Mount ABI Peak Climbing commences with a brief sightseeing of the major UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu(1200m) before flight to Tenzing Hillary Airport at Lukla (2860m) , from where we take a hike to Namche (3440m) for acclimatization. After that, we move to Dole(4200m), Machhermo (4470m) and Gokyo (4790m). Climbing Gokyo Ri (5360m), we trek to Thangnak (4950m) from where we get to ABI Base Camp (5355m) and ABI High Camp (5610m). Having climbed ABI peak (6119m) climbed, we trace back to the ABI Base Camp. Thereafter, we move ahead to Dzong La(4830m), Cho La (5330m). Traversing from there to Tenboche (3867m), we move further to Namche (3440m) and to Lukla (2860m), formally bringing the trekking to an end.

How to reach Mount MBI
The trekking to Mount MBI starts with a short sightseeing of the major UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. Thereafter, we fly to Lukla from where a hiking to Namche through Phakding is taken. Having acclimatized at Namche, the gateway to Everest, traverse to Dole continuing ahead to Machhermo and Gokyo. Then we ascend Gokyo Ri for a panoramic view of dramatic landscape in the proximity. After that, we go move ahead to Thangnak en route to ABI Base Camp. Our mountain guides will drill you about peak climbing to help you better your skills and confidence necessary to climb ABI Peak.
