Geography of Nepal
Nepal is roughly trapezodal country in terms of its shape, whose lenth is 800km, and breath is 200km with an area of 1,47,181km2. Nepal is tropographically divided into three categories , which are commonly known as Mountainour Region, Hilly Region and Terail Region. These regions are horizontally divided from East to West, by an imaginary line that intersects with the vertically flowing major rivers of Nepal : The Koshi, The Naryani, The Karnali and their other tirburatories. The southern lowland plains that stretches till the border are the norhtern rim of what is called Indo-Gangetic plains. The outermost range of fotthilss called are situated at 700 to 1000 metres that puts a demarcation of the Gangetic Plain. The mounatainous regions have made global reputation for adventure activities like Mountain Expeditions, Trekkings and tours. The hilly region of Nepal is climatically moderate and this region is a powerhouse for a wide range of flora and fauna. In addition, the hilly region of Nepal stores even the most endangered species of wildlife in the world. Nepal, presently known as the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, is a landlocked coutry which is bordered to the North by People's republic of China and to the South, West and East by India.

Climate of Nepal
Nepal has five climatic zones that corresponds to the altitudes: Subtropical Zone and Tropical Zone(below 1200m), Temperate Zone(1200m to 2400m), Cold Zone(2400m to 3600m), subarctic Zone (3600m to 4000m), and Arctic Zone( above 4000m). Climatic situations in Nepal differ place to place depending on the topography. In the northern Himalayas, summers are normally cool while winters are severely cold. As for the South summers tend to be tropical while winters are found mild. Spring, Summer, Monsoon, Autumn and Winter are the five seasons of Nepal. The temperature of Terai often goes above 37oC which normally ranges between 7o C and 23oC. The temperature in the mountainous areas sometimes plummet down to subzero degree. The temperature of Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal ranges between 19oC - 35oC in summer and 2oC - 12oC in winter. In the north, the Himalayas that form a border to demarcate Tibet and Nepal work as a blockage to the cold severe winds that blow from Central Asia in winter. Nepal receives the most rain from June to September. No seasonal constraint is there in Nepal for traveling in Nepal. The best times are spring and autumn, however, any other times are found to be enjoyed by the travelers from across the world.

Language
Nepali language, the national language of Nepal,  is derived from Sanskrit. Nepali language is written in Devanagari language and it serves as lingua franca among Nepalese speaking differet mothertongues. There are altogether 123 languages spoken in Nepal, three quarters of which originate from Tibeto-Burnan lanugauage family, which is includes Nepal Bhasa(Newari), the Limbu, Tamang, Magar, Gurung, Sunuwar and other languages. Nepali language, the national language of Nepal belongs to Indo-Aryan (Indic), which is a branch of the Indo-European family The origin of Nepali language is Sinja, Karnali. According to National Census in 2011, the majority of the population(44.6%) speak Nepali as their native language. Nepali language is written in Devanagari script. The present constitution of Nepal has promulgated Nepali as the national language of Nepalese, which means speakers with different mothertongues have to learn it.
