 Panchase Trek- 7 Days offers forests with diverse species of trees and animals  while cultural villages in addition to the warm hospitality on the trail make this trekking convenient. The trekking has made a reputation for visiting rural Nepali life in the villages where the warm hospitality and cultural courtesy of Gurung and Magar people make the trekkers feel at home. From Panchase Hill (2517m), trekkers can view three mountains which are above eight thousand meters : Dhaulagiri (8167m), Annapurna I (8091m) and Manaslu (8156m). There are other world famous mountains like Machhapuchhre (6993m), Lamjung (6983m) and Gangapurna (7455m) which can be seen from Panchase. The boating across Phewa Lake, with the rippling image of Mount Machhapuchhre in it sends a current of exaltation in the heart. The extraordinary views of the stunning nature in symmetry with rustic settlements leave an imprint in the eyes.

Panchase Trek- 7 Days trekking starts with brief sightseeing of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu (1200m) before driving or flying to Pokhara (800m), which is a beautiful town dotted arond with pristine lakes like Phew Lake, Begnas Lake and Rupa Lake, etc. Boating across Phew Lake, Hiking to Bumdi (1520m) we take a hike to Panchase (2560m). Therafter, traverse across Panchase Bhanjyang (2056m). Having enjoyed an eyeful view of famous mountain peaks and picturesque view of nature blended with spectacular rustic settlement around, the path gradually traces via Bandure (1670m), and Naudada (1515m) all the way back to Pokhara (800m) where the trekking ends.

Accommodations in Kathmadu/ pokhara and Trekking
We will be accommodated in 3-star hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara; and teahouses during the trek. We will stay at Nirvana Hotel in Kathmandu and Snow Hill Lodge in Pokhara. All accommodations are on double-shared basis. Single supplement will be served on request and will cost an additional. Himalayan Wild Treks will arrange rooms with attached bathrooms with 24 hours running cold and hot water however, teahouses in some places only have shared washing and toilet facilities. Also note that single rooms are readily available in Kathmandu, Pokhara and the trekking regions at lower elevation but it might be difficult to find them at higher elevations.

Panchase Treks highlights
After a brief sightseeing of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites a scenic flight to Pokhara, the city of lakes is unforgettable. You will see Mount Machhapuchhre rippling on Phewa Lake.  The spectacular view of Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Lamjung, and Manaslu from Panchase Hill in addition to the warm hospitality received in Gurung and Magar villages is phenomenal. Boating on Phewa Lake and taking a short walk around the lakeside is proven to be rejuvenating. Panchase Treks is the most favored short trek in Annapurna Region, which is completely an off the beaten trail. Anybody with average physical shape can find it worth visiting.

DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Arriving in kathmandu airport and tracefer to Hotel 
Welcome to Nepal. Our representative will receive you at the airport and take you to your hotel. You might want to explore nearby places of Kathmandu shortly and do some shopping. After brief debrief session we shall have dinner at a famous restaurant. Tomorrow awaits a beautiful journey!

Day 2: Boat across Lake Phewa, Trek to Bumdi [1520m]
From Pokhara, a short boat trip across the beautiful Phewa Lake will take you to the start of the trek. The first climb through the forest will take you up to the steps leading to the World Peace Pagoda. This Buddhist stupa is one of over 80 Peace Pagodas worldwide, built in an attempt to unite people from all over the world and promote world peace. As well as being an impressive sight in itself, from this vantage point you also get stunning views over mountains, Phewa Lake and the city below. After a chance to wander round this truly peaceful stupa, you continue down through the forest on small walking trails, before climbing back up to join an open jeep trail snaking round the hill, which will take you through the village of Lukum Swara. The final climb of today takes you up to Bumdi village, home to Gurung and Brahman people,where you will spend the night and can learn more about these cultures.

Day 3: Trek to Panchase Bhanjyang [2065m]
After a short climb to really wake you up, the track continues through beautiful forest where you can see mountains regularly peeking out between the trees. Today is a great day for nature-lovers, as the path winds amongst diverse trees and plants and you can hear the birds above – you may even catch a glimpse of a monkey! Emerging from the trees briefly at Thulunchour you then continue under the cover of the forest until the path joins a dirt road, from which you can see panoramic views of the mountains. These include the Annapurnas, Lamjung, Gangapurna and Machhapuchhare (Fishtail) as well as three peaks over 8,000m: Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I and Manalsu, in the distance. Continuing along the jeep trail takes you gently uphill to Panchase Bhanjyang. Similar to last night’s stay, this village is home to Gurung and Brahman people.

Day 4: Trek to Bhadaure [1670m]
This morning you climb the stone steps up to Panchase peak at almost 2,500m, the highest point of your trek. From here you will again be rewarded with stunning views over the mountains, and there is the option of getting up extra early to ascend to this point in time for sunrise! After catching your breath and taking in your surroundings, you descend down the far side of the hill to Alldanda. This afternoon consists of a gentle walk down to your campsite, with regular views of the mountains above and villages below. The campsite is situated just above the town of Bhadaure, where you can experience a mix of cultures as there are a range of residents including Gurung, Kami and Brahman.

Day 5: Trek to Naudanda [1515m], drive to Pokhara [800m]
Today starts with a descent down the stone steps to the town of Bhadaure, and continue on to the jeep trail that takes you across a small stream and through regular villages, where you will get the chance to interact with locals and children will ask for chocolate! On reaching Naudanda the trail will rejoin the highway and your car will be waiting to pick you up and drive you back to the quiet city of Pokhara in time for lunch on ‘Lakeside’!

Distance: 6.5km


Day 6: Return to Kathmandu by flight- Touris bus 
In the afternoon we fly back to Kathmandu. Our representative will take you back to the hotel. You might want to explore little and do some shopping. You will spend the night at the hotel.

Day 7: Drive to international airport for finale deppature
