Rolwaling trek is part of the Himalayan east-central Nepal along the Tibet border. Rolwaling Trek encompasses Melungtse(7,181m), Melungtse II(7,023m) inside the Tibet border and Gari Shankar(76,134m)on the Nepal border with some 50 traditional peaks over 6000m, all broaden from the Nangpa La pass where the Mahalangur part novice southwest to the Tamakosi River. The Lobuche Himal part that increase in the distance of the Tamakosi to the North-West. Rolwaling Himal is surrounded in south side by the Rolwaling Valley which consists of several small villages; Bending is the main town of this area. Abscess to the valley and the mountains range is made up foot through an established trail system commencing at Charikot 80 km east side of Kathmandu. A western style trek from Charikot to Beding will take approximately 7-10 days.
Rolwaling trek is fully camping trek begins from Bahrabise (800m) North-East side of the Kathmandu nearby China/Tibet boarder. This Trek is fully specialized on the purpose to see the scenic views of exotic nature, cultural beauty of Nepal. This trek will follow rough and tough Himalayan route. So that it is not a family trek. Rolwaling consist of massive views of Mt. Melungtse(7,181m), Mt. Tashi Lapch and Mt. Dorje Lakpa. Twod days trek across rugged glacier, we will reach to Tashi Lapcha Pass (5,755m). We will continue to pass the trail then descends to Thame Viallage, Tenzing Norgay’s hometown in the Khumbu valley. Comparatively, It is one of the most arduous treks among the others trek which requires technical climbing experience
