Regarded as an Adventurous Camping Trekking en route to distant alpine wilderness of the Himalayas in Nepal, this trekking offers a superb view of Kanjirowa Range. The inhabitants here are the nomads native to Tibet, who have settled here for over a period of time. Phoksudo lake (145m ), the deepest lake is an alpine freshwater oligotrophic lake that sits in Phoksudo lake (4.94km2) is the major attraction here. 11th century built Shey Gompa and 800 year old Thasung Gompa are phenomenal assets of the region.
